Weather app gives the wrong city and state

Have you turned on location services for Weather?
You can do this by opening Settings and tapping Privacy > Location Services > Weather.
Alternatively, if you do not want to enable this, you can add your city manually. Open Weather, and then tap the list icon at the bottom right, then search for your city.
