I need help with locked Apple ID and locked iPhone 11

kids during thanksgiving locked up iPhone 11 and then us adults locked out Apple ID trying to remember grandsons apple password. I need help getting back into grandsons apple account to unlock his phone. Apple support did nothing work. It locked my daughter in law out. HELP

My son forgot his apple ID and password, he's locked out My son changed his password, can't remember it and his iphone XR is now disabled. In addition, he can't remember his apple ID. Unfortunately, his iPad is set up with my apple ID, but his phone was set up with something else. We're visiting family in the middle of Nebraska, without access to an Apple store. What do I do?
