Can’t sign in to websites with the hidden reCAPTCHA thing

I tried logging into my Spotify account on Safari on an iPhone, but when I try it always comes up with the reCAPTCHA failure message. (Spotify billing settings aren’t available in the mobile app so I need to access the Spotify website)

I think this could be because of the website allow list in the Restrictions on my iPhone. Does anyone know the domain I would need to turn on for the reCAPTCHA to work. Spotify is one of the websites that has the one “hidden reCAPTCHA” thing.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having some issues entering a reCAPTCHA code for Spotify in Safari.

You mentioned restrictions which is a great starting point. If you disable website restrictions from Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions, are you then able to proceed? Do you have any other browsers on your iPhone that you can test?

Try the troubleshooting in If Safari displays a blank page or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch which can help with most website issues.
