I am trying to turn off my find my iPhone to put in my new apple ID but it won't let me input the password I made for that specific ID. I don't know what to do. I forgot the password for my old ID. Anything will help.

If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
