I need help with locked Apple ID and locked iPhone 11

Hi,


If your Apple ID account has been locked, log into appleid.apple.com and attempt to sign in. You should see a prompt to “unlock account” and update your password.

If your Apple ID has been disabled within the iTunes & App Stores you would need to contact Apple Support in order to determine if the account is eligible to be re-enabled.
