How to request a refund

I got a receipt of a supposed subscription I made but I didn’t or if done was by mistake. Can I get a refund?

If this was an email, it is a good guess to believe this was a phishing attempt to get account info. Check your payment method linked to your Apple ID and see if there is an actual charge there. If not, then delete the mail and forget about it.
