Connection Errors once updated

I’ve updated my iPhone 11 to the newest iOS of 15.1 and now whenever I do not have wifi my safari,maps, and other apps won’t work. It says that safari or the app I am using can not connect to the server(pictures below). I’ve made sure cellular data was on and done everything tech support would tell me to do. Is there any way to fix this?
