Inbox missing on iPhone

We want to help you make sure that you're able to keep track of all of your email messages quickly and easily.

Without seeing your Mail app, it can be difficult to say what exactly is causing this. However, the easiest thing may be to simply remove the account and add it back. It's also possible that it was removed already without us realizing it. Here is how to remove the account:

• Tap Settings > Mail
• Tap the account you want to remove
• Tap 'Delete Account' and confirm the deletion

From there, follow these steps to add it back: Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

We do want to recommend that you reach out to email service provider to be sure that removing the account from your iPhone won't result in deleted messages being permanently lost.
