it seems like I lost my AirPod pro or got stolen and I can’t track them via find my phone, it was initially appearing then after few days it has vanished , but I still have the original box … please let me know if apple can help me in anyway if I present the box and receipt

Apple doesn’t get involved with loss or theft of AirPods Pro, past Find My.

Nobody is going to provide you with replacement AirPods Pro.
Whatever tracking is available is what you have in Find My.
And it’s short-range tracking at best, while the power lasts, as AirPods Pro do not have cellular radios, nor capacious batteries.
