What is the difference between Airpod Pro MLWK3AM/A and MWP22AM/A? Which one is newer? Feature differences? From what I can tell it looks like the main difference is the charging case, but wasn't sure if there were other differences.

MLWK3AM/A comes with a 3rd generation magsafe airpods pro charger. Released late 2021.
MWP22AM/A comes with a 2nd generation magsafe airpods pro charger. Released early 2021.
The airpods pro earbuds themselves have not changed.
Between those two the MLWK3AM/A would be technically newer. There doesn't appear to be obvious differences other than serial number, model number and possible internal redesigns.

I have both model boxes in hand. Purchased as gifts pre-black friday and on black friday.
MLWK3AM/A box says magsafe charging case.
MWP22AM/A box says wireless charging case.
Both are wireless charging cases but magsafe provides that magnetic “lock” feel when you use a magsafe charger. ie- the release of macbook pros on models after 12.01.2021 are going back to magsafe charger style.

No, it does not answer the question. Nowhere in any of those links provided, does it identify and/or compare or contrast those two Airpod model numbers. I'm looking to make a buy decision and would like to fully understand the differences. I have been unable to find within the Apple website that shows the specs of each of these Airpods.
Thanks... I checked with them. They don't even know or can't figure it out. Good grief....their product, available in stores now, their part numbers, and yet the sales rep could find info. Grr.
