Can I get a replacement magnet for the watch band? Mine has rusted and it doesn't hold the band on tight to my wrist like it did when it was new. Can it be taken out and replaced or do I need to replace the whole new band to get a new magnet?

No. If you are referring the Milanese mesh stainless band, the magnet can't be replaced.
