How do I fix "WebKit encountered an internal error" (WebKitErrorDomain:300) Ongoing issue

WebKitErrorDomain:300

This seems like it is an ongoing issue without a solution. I have done every recommended thing I can find. From wifi DNP, to clearing caches, to deleting "managing websites", to restarting ... safe mode etc. What is the answer APPLE?? I think it was the automatic stupid software updates that screwed my computer up. Now I can't go to many websites even in private mode on my macbook air.
