Can't Update

I have an iPhone 7. I've tried to do the recent update, but my phone keeps telling me I'm not connected to the internet (which I am). It won't let me update, call out, or receive calls. What are my options?

You need both an active cell service and Wifi to update wirelessly.

If you have both of those and it still says you're not connected to the Internet, try updating with your computer.


You need to contact your carrier with the call issues.


Update using your computer -

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad
