Unable to change country and payment method

Hello! I recently moved from the US to Russia and I have an unpaid subscription (as I understand) on an american card that is blocked. I can’t pay for the subscription with a Russian card and I can’t change the country of the store. Also I can’t download half of the apps or update them. Is there something I can do to link a Russian card while I’m using the US store? Thank you in advance
