You can find your Watch through the “Find My” App. Either by looking on the Map or Pinging your Watch (Plays a loud sound to help you find it).
On your iPhone launch the ‘Find My‘ app
Now from the list of your Apple devices tap on the Apple Watch. The Watch should appear on a map along with other Apple devices owned by you. Tap on the Watch icon and choose “Play Sound”.
