“Trust this device” concerns

i borrowed a cord from a friend that connected another friend’s Mac laptop to my phone. I wanted to charge my iPhone with their Mac; after I connected it, (about a minute after), there was a prompt that said “downloading” with an iPhone icon on it appeared on my friend’s Mac. Then the “Trust this device? Your settings and data will be accessible from this computer when connected” prompt appeared on my iPhone. My friend forcibly clicked “Trust” on my iPhone and then a passcode option appeared on my iPhone that asked if we wanted to fulfill the trust thingy; I ended up canceling it (to the best of my memory, I’m pretty sure I did). Then I disconnected the cord.

Does my friend have any of my iPhone data/photos after all that I described, and if our devices aren’t connected with a cord anymore?

Could they have managed to download anything within a less than 5 min period?

how would I double check their laptop to see if they have any of my files?

my particular friend is not really trustworthy with photos and privacy

Thanks! This is what the prompt on my phone looked like

Hello, GreatCheese.

The purpose of the Trust prompt is to avoid the haphazard distribution of personal data to any PC that your iDevices happen to connect to. The fact that you never completed the affirmation by entering your iPhone's passcode means that access to your iPhone's data was not granted and therefore would not have taken place. Apple is all about privacy and security when it comes to device access.

I cannot say where one would look for errant iPhone data, but I don't believe you have anything to worry about.
