Downloaded app (Tomato a glucometer app) from App Store . Got OK from face recognition appleID. App doesn’t open. Tried other apps and they download OK. Tried hard reset several times. Deleted app or downloaded from internet site. Nothing works the app doesn’t open. IPhone11 pro (iOS15.1).
