iPhone 13 Wi-Fi/Bluetooth !!NOT WORKING!!

Hello everyone, this may be somewhat long only because I tend to go in detail when I actually put effort in to something.

I just purchased this amazing IPhone 13 from ATT. Without a doubt, this iPhone 13 is great. But the glass shell around the entire phone is terrible when dropped 2 ft from the ground…

I’m typing from my second iPhone 13, the “replacement”. SMH the first one is unrecognizable and now the replacement is like a turtle without its shell but sealed shut within the case it fell in. I’m still paying it off let alone paying on the “replacement” which is now in need of replacing. Bad luck or Hot Lava?, you choose.

A week later my Wi-Fi notch goes dim, then my Bluetooth goes haywire. Like it’s loading or something.

My phone each day has its own ritual to where for about 10 days now it turns off then on by itself. Displayed a pink screen a few times each day. Today is day 10, currently dealing with my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth completely disabled.

I’ve tried every single tip and trick google/YouTube has to offer most relevant most reviewed.

I really don’t wanna go threw apple at the store because for some reason they are only in shopping malls and I’m an introvert Aquarius. Don’t have the time, but will if I have to.

So my real question is. Is there a way I can fix this with out going in the store? lol

one last shot

No. Especially when you have tried everything available to you on internet resources as you have stated. A Bluetooth and Wi-Fi failure normally indicates a hardware failure. As you have learned, hardware failures cannot be fixed using software methods and therefore you will have to get your iPhone 13 examined at the Apple Store for further diagnosis and a resolution. Your iPhone should still be under Apple's 1YR limited warranty so take advantage of it and get it fixed.
