Hi! I received a notification 2days ago that I was refunded of the original payment method I wasn’t supposed to purchase. However, until now I haven’t received the REFUNDED amount in my bank account. May I ask for clarification on this, please?

Approved refunds take up to 30 days for bank cards. Click here for more information.


If the one used is no longer valid, ask your bank or the iTunes Store staff. The people who answer questions here are mostly other customers and won't know where it is.
