Folks, does anyone how to solve this. In my phone under IPhone storage I see Whatsapp is occupying 16GB of disk data. But when i Check the storage details in Whatsapp it says only 1.08GB. Why there is a mismatch here and how to resolve this?

Are you noticing this for both iCloud storage and the internal storage capacity of your iPhone? There's a chance that you may have a backup of WhatsApp, which is using your iCloud storage.
