cant unlockdevice because keyboard doesnt appear on enter passcode
Can’t unlock iPad. The keyboard doesn’t show on enter passcode page. I get a message that it doesn’t recognize my finger Print.

Clean your Finger:
Is your finger clean and dry? If not, clear it, rinse it with water, and the dry it up.
