Lost all my library and playlists after resubscribing Apple Music

Hey there, I just resubcribed Apple Music after a year and a half pause. I was sure that all my library with ton of playlists and stuff will be back but it's not (though i have a "Sync Library" button on)!

However i got all my preferences in "Listen Now" tab and even my Top Songs of past years as if my library still exists.

Is there any chances to have my library back? Because it is very very important for me.

Thank you.

Hey Helge187,

It appears that, after 1.5 years, you've resubscribed to Apple Music. The problem is, your Apple Music Library is empty, and we're glad to provide assistance.

How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support -- Under "About canceling subscriptions from Apple" in this article, when you cancel a paid subscription, you'll be able to access it up until the next billing date. Some of the information you provided using your previous library is tied to your Apple ID. That's why you're seeing some information still showing.
