Phone call

when I call someone after a few seconds the call fails it’s not going to voicemail or anything it just hangs up what does this mean

I can't see what phone you have on my browser but if it is 12 or 13 there is update 15.1.1 to address this issue.

If no better contact your cellular carrier.
