ios 15.1 Focus

I used "Do Not Disturb" before 15.1 to allow callers to leave a message in "Voicemail"

without disturbing my work interviewing people. Now with "Focus", I can see that people have called me in "Recents", but the call does not transfer over to "Voicemail" so I cannot listen to the messages that have been left. How can I use "Focus" in a way that allows me to use the iPhone as I did with "Do Not Disturb"?

Hello FOCUSXXX,

It sounds like you're having some issues with Focus on your iPhone. We will be happy to assist you.

First, can you confirm voicemail is set up and active on your device? Next, if you call your device with Focus active and let us know what happens? Have you asked those callers if they're leaving voicemail?

Next, what happens if you restart your iPhone? Does the issue still occur?

Restart your iPhone

Please let us know. Cheers.
