This is the third time I have tried to install macOS Big Sur and come with a new problem; please help me. The package InstallAssistant.pkg fails to meet Gatekeeper policy. Why is this happening repeatedly?
The current OS is Catalina and has 200gb of free storage.

Check that your system time is correct.
Boot into Safe Mode as that disables various problematic add-ons, and try the upgrade again.
If that fails, delete and re-download the installer while booted in Safe Mode, and try again.

Are All options in " Software Update" in System Preferences Enabled ?
Has SIP be manually disabled ?
