Settings->General->Transfer or Reset iPhone ->Reset->Reset Home Screen Layout will put all default Apple apps in their original places and will alphabetize every other app. It will also break any custom folders you may have made.


If you really need an alphabetical list, its far easier to use the search option in the App Library.
