Hi, I am helping my dad with his old device. He has removed it from his iCloud account but he is still getting a message about logging in using his Apple ID and password.
iPad
Some additional information:
I removed the the iPad that was under my dad’s iCloud account and verified it was the correct one with the serial number.
I have checked my dad’s iCloud account under devices and don’t see the iPad.
The iPad is still asking for the same Apple ID but displays “ Incorrect Apple ID” after I enter the I’d and password.
I have removed my device from iCloud but the iPad is still asking me login
