I cannot update my GCash app
Hi, When I update my GCash, it asked for an iTunes password that belongs to my son that he no longer remember anymore. How can I remove his apple ID from my device?

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. As we understand it, you're prompted for an Apple ID password when you try updating an app, but you're not sure of the password for that account. Is that right?
From your description, this is probably happening because the app in question was downloaded using his Apple ID. As your first step, you'll want to have him try resetting the password with the steps in this link: If you forgot your Apple ID password. To use and update the app with your own Apple ID, you would need to delete it and then re-download it using your Apple ID.
