Transfer of data

Transfer of data from IPhone 7 to 13 started 3 hrs ago and is still going on. Is this normal. Should I cancel and restart

It would depend on the amount of data on the devices. Make sure they are connected to power if using Quick Start, and on a stable wi-fi network.
