iPhone 13 Pro Bluetooth call car issues

Hi, I’m having an issue in my car with my

new iPhone 13 pro. None of my other phones had this issue on the same car Bluetooth system. Basically, when I make or receive a call, the other person tells me the call is very muffled and they can’t understand me. They add that they can hear themselves echoing.

I can hear them fine, but multiple

people have said the same thing about my end.

I have this issue in both my work truck and my personal vehicle, so i am assuming it’s a phone issue and not a Bluetooth issue.

Has anyone experienced this before?
