Hello I have a iPhone 7 I am trying to set up but when I try to do so it's pops up (unable to activate a update is required to activate your iphone) and it's referred me to come here what should I do.

Install a Carrier Update, Frist:
Try the following, reporting back if it works: Manually Update your Carrier Settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
