Can I get a receipt with my name on it?

If you're talking about a paper receipt from an Apple Store, they don't show names, so Apple is unlikely able to change a receipt to include a name. If you order online from Apple, you get an email order confirmation, which shows the order, number, product ordered, name and address of where the item is being shipped to and the name and address of the billing account holder.
