iPhone Does Not Tracking My Sleep Data Properly

I don't have a fixed bedtime so I set my bedtime under "Full Schedule & Options" like this 10 pm to 9 am, sometimes I sleep at 11 pm and 12 pm and woke up at 7 am or 8 am.

The problem I'm facing is when I go to bed I use my phone and "Sleep Focus" activated automatically at 10 pm, I keep using my iPhone and then I sleep at 11 pm on the next day I woke up at 7 am and I stop "Sleep Focus" from the lock screen but iPhone is still tracking my sleep and does not show I woke up at 7 am, it's said I woke up at 8:57 am.

I don't know if I'm doing anything wrong or this app is not working properly.

Note:

In the Sleep Options, I set all the options on

  • Turn On at Bedtime
  • Sleep Screen
  • Show Time
  • Track Time in Bed with iPhone
  • Sleep Reminders
  • Sleep Results

iPhone 11, iOS 15

I followed the article and I follow this step "Your Sleep Focus remains in effect during your current bedtime hours. To turn off your Sleep Focus for the duration of the current bedtime hours, open Control Center, then tap"

but the problem is still there it's still marking the time of wake up at the time of defined "Full Schedule & Options sleep end time"

for example, I woke up at 6 am and I tap on the bed icon from the "control center" then on the health app it should mark the wake-up time at 6 am but it's not working. instead, it's saying this at 6 am "WAKE UP - NO ALARM 6:00 AM Today".
