Reachable spot

There is a number in my reachable spot that is not mine and it won’t let me delete it I believe it’s trying to access money off my apps how do I delete the number

I think it helpful I want to see is there any unusual charges coming up first I’ll message y’all back if it does but it still want let me remove a number from the reachable spot on the settings at name phone number and email my phone number is not the main number the second number I think is a dummy number
