iWatch pairing help
Trying to pair my iwatch for first time and keep getting stuck on ''signing into your account. this may take a few minutes'. Have reset a couple of time and making no difference.

hi - iphone 7 / iOS 15.1
iwatch 7. when I started to pair it said the watch needed an update and it did the update but can't do anything on the watch as just says please continue set up on the iphone
tried turning both off and starting again. tried resetting iwatch.
new iwatch so first time trying to pair
