Just do a google search on that number. It seems to be the Hebrew keyboard.

Did you see the picture of it I posted? That is what it is like. The English layout is the same as what Apple calls
English International.
US keyboards have a differently shaped Return key and have no key between Z and Shift. Instead that key becomes the one under Escape.
