Hi. Can I transfer files from Android to iPhone after setting up my Apple ID and everything? I had issues with it in the beginning when setting up my iPhone so I didn’t do it right away

You would need to start over by wiping the iphone and then using the blue link under related article. And yes you will lose any data currently on your iphone.
