Y Disk

Hi everyone. :)

I have 256GB Y disk with App version 1.4.4 and Firmware Version CY02.

Problem I am facing is in the Backup Mode, I am able to Backup Contacts and Recover Contacts without any problem. However I am NOT able to Export Photos even though there are photos and new photos in my Iphone. The message I am getting is - “ Need to backup files were not found “, and Confirm.

Thank you in advance for your kind suggestion if anyone has similarly fixed this particular problem.

And by the way, can I format my Y Disk to get it a fresh start?

Is there some preloaded software in it that after formatting it is all gone an Y Disk becomes a regular USB disk?
