Is there an option to exchange iPhone 12 Pro Max for new one in local Apple Store? My iPhone is in perfect condition - no scratches or broken edges (never fell down), actually is quit new (5 months), but it becomes so hot while charging and normal daily using. Meaby there is also an option to exchange it for new model with additional payment?
