Why can I hear but not see the videos that I recently downloaded to my comuter when using air play?

We understand you're experiencing an issue when using AirPlay. We see you were linked from the article "If screen mirroring or streaming isn't working on your AirPlay-compatible device". Is the issue only occurring with a specific video? We ask because as noted in the article below "Some video apps might not support AirPlay. If you can’t use AirPlay with a video app, check the App Store on your Apple TV to see if that app is available.":

To clarify further, you mentioned these were downloaded to your computer. Were these downloaded from iCloud as listed in the section "Download your photos and videos from iCloud.com". If so, do they play normally on your computer?
