Can I regain access to my phone after passcode lockout
iPhone XR, iOS 15
You can restore the phone, then restore the last backup you made.
You can not bypass it once it's disabled.

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled -

You will loose anything that was only stored on your phone.
