Refund
It say I got a refund but I never did the money never went back to my bank and I can still us the app

Apple has no way of knowing when your bank credits the refund to your account. When it says you got the refund that means that Apple sent it. Depending on your bank it can take up to 30 days for the credit to appear, and it almost certainly will not appear on a non-business day such as a holiday or a weekend.
