From the article: If you still can't cancel your subscription, contact Apple Support.
Sure it does. Select "view, change, or cancel subscriptions." Then, select "no thanks" on the following page. You can then call, email, or chat.

This article does nothing but take me to a link to install itunes on my computer....so thanks for nothing. Anyone else have an idea?
Like the last response it gives no way to contact support other than through the provided links which ALL wind up directing me to download itunes...
