Removing Apps

Hi! I have tried to delete an app from my iPhone completely, but it only removed from the home screen. It’s still on my App Library, there’s no option to delete the app just”remove from Home Screen”. Just wondering if there’s a way I can delete the app completely

I want to actually delete an app completely. I want to actually delete an app completely, not just put it in my library. Some sites I have seen say that I will get an option to delete it completely or just move it off the home screen but keep it in the app library. I am not getting an option to completely remove it along with any data. How can I do this? I am using iOS 14.4.2

Please check: Settings - Screen Time - Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases - Deleting Apps = Allow.
