Number going to expire

I’ve switched mobile provider and bought a new iPhone 13 pro max. I have moved my old number using a pac code and am getting the below message in settings. This pops up in settings-messages and settings-FaceTime. I have tried turning these off and restarting the phone but this hasn’t resolved the issue.

We suggest making sure that your phone number is correct, and removing any phone numbers you don’t have access to anymore using the steps here: Add or remove your phone number in Messages or FaceTime - Apple Support
