Getting an Invoice:

1. Go Here: Viewing & Changing Orders - Apple Support
2. Scroll to: View or Print Invoice (very bottom)
3. Proceed from there as necessary

Hi ewaaiq,

If you purchased your Mac from the online Apple Store, a receipt should have been emailed to the Apple ID email address that was used for the purchase.

If this doesn't help, please contact Apple Support - only they can help with purchases and receipts.

Hi,

1. Go to ReportaProblem.apple.com from your favorite browser on your MAC or Windows PC.
2. Login using your registered Apple email ID and password.
3. In the scroll down list find the order you want a receipt for.
4. Select the order you want the receipt and then click on “View Invoice”
