my safari is gone how do i restore it

Safari is but into the version of macOS and / or iOS and has not disappeared of been removed. The macOS or iOs would not allow that to happen.
Safari may have been removed from the Dock in macOS but still exists in the Application folder. Just drag and Dope the Safari icon not the disk. This will make alias to the original Safari in Applications folders.

- Open Settings and tap on General.
- Swipe down and tap on Reset.
- Tap Reset Home Screen Layout and confirm by tapping Reset Home Screen.
