Open notes application from " Mac A " Inder iCloud section select a note , take cursor on top menu bar > file > share with mail .

The mail compose window opens , enter To field , the notes folder is automatically saved , From field also gets filled with your mail address , fill the subject and click on sent see the articles Write and send emails in Mail on Mac - Apple Support

Add attachments to emails in Mail on Mac - Apple Support

From " Mac B " open mail application , the mail is received here , right click on the notes folder and click on share > with notes , this notes folder will get saved on your notes application .

Note : the two Macs are signed in with different Apple ID and password on the same network / in case if network is different the second " Mac B " can still share the notes folder mail application to his / her notes application .

The result .

Correct. You would have to copy from one account and paste in the other. Likely by using iCloud in Safari to log into one of the accounts and use the Mac for the other (as normal). Remember, all of the notes belong only to one account, not both.

Note "on my Mac" are only on the Mac, you could move those into iCloud for access.

Otherwise, you need to share through email, airdrop, etc. between the two devices

It's difficult because you don't "own" the notes. Rather the Apple ID under which the note was created is the owner. You're effectively switching accounts -- which was likely not conceived as something necessary.

I'd dump a bunch into a notes folder and share the folder. So long as each remains shared by the owner, you'll have access.

Thanks, but I am not sure how you were suggesting that I copy and paste the Notes to move a copy of them the new Apple ID. I tried opening up the Notes app after logging on with my old Apple ID and moving a few notes from the iCloud account section of the Notes App to the On My Mac section of the Notes App. However, when I logged off the old Apple ID and logged on with the new Apple ID, the Notes that i moved to On My Mac were no longer there in the Notes App, so I was not able to move them to the iCloud section of the Notes App. Apparently, the Notes in On My Mac are not really on “my” new Mac!

In theory, that is what I would like to do. However, I don't think it is possible to "copy" a Note from an iCloud account using iCloud.com with Safari and then pasting it into the Notes app. A Note file is not a text file. I also don't think that I can do it with On My Mac, as the Notes that I move into On My Mac "disappear" when I log out of the Apple ID account where the files are currently and then log into a new Apple ID account.

I should also cross post this in the iCloud Support Community.

Selecting of massive folders from notes application to mail compose window is not possible as the mail storage might increase , the user might be using gmail address as an Apple ID and there is a quota limits for each account or sometimes adding huge size attachment will not work for iCloud account see the article Mail Drop limits - Apple Support

For gmail account see the article https://support.google.com/mail/answer/6584?

Selecting a single note is always feasible send your thoughts to the link Feedback - Mail - Apple
