Please my apple id is showing inactive

I can’t log it out

I can’t erase my iPhone

please how can I deactivate the apple id from my phone

Hey There 🙋🏽‍♂️

An Apple ID could go inactive if you’ve requested to deactivate it. If you haven’t changed anything in your Apple ID try to contact Apple Support about this matter.
