If i switch from a monthly to a student plan now that i’m in college, will i lose all my music?

Changing your Subscription to another plan won’t affect your library.
Only things affecting your music library is changing your Store Region/Country, not paying the subscription on time which lead to cancellation etc. which also comes back once you sync it with your iCloud.
To ease your Stress, your Music Library is synced with your iCloud account.
